My Approach
Abigail walks alongside her clients, offering structure, evidence-based tools and support, as they work toward achieving what’s most meaningful to them. Her deep appreciation for the bravery it takes to shift perspectives and make positive change forms the foundation of her work. While she's all about accountability and structure, this is always balanced by her genuine respect and love for those who choose to work with her.
What Exactly is Coaching?
Coaching assists you in identifying personal and/or professional goals, developing strategies to make these goals a reality and monitoring progress as these strategies are put in place.

In 3 words, coaching is future-focused, goal-oriented, and action-orientated. It is different from therapy since we do not discuss deep, unhealed trauma. Coaching clients are individuals who feel stable within themselves, however currently feel stressed, confused, stuck and/or as though their lives could be so much more full/vibrant/structured etc.
About me
I'm an ICF-Credentialed Coach based in Cape Town, South Africa. I have completed my postgraduate-diploma in coaching and have more than 400 hours of coaching experience.
